TRACKALLS ("we", "us", "our") will manage your Personal Data collected through the websites located at TRACKALLS - All In One Package Tracking, the iOS mobile application, the API related services, and the affiliated websites owned by TRACKALLS (collectively "Services" or "Platform") based on TRACKALLS belief of respect for the individual and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By using our services in any way, including browsing our website, using our iOS mobile application, purchasing services, and using any of the services provided through our platform, you agree to the TRACKALLS PRIVACY POLICY ("Privacy Policy").

    Google Data will only be transferred to others if necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Service's user interface or as necessary to comply with applicable law or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you;
    Google Data will not be transferred for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.

TRACKALLS does not intend that any portion of our Services (including our website and iOS mobile application) will be accessed or used by children under the age of thirteen (13), and such use is prohibited. Our Services are designed and intended for users aged 13 and above.

📱 iOS App Store Age Rating

Our iOS application is rated for ages 4+ on the Apple App Store, but we require users to be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our services. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental consent to use our Services.

By using TRACKALLS, you represent that you are at least thirteen years old and understand that you must be at least thirteen years old in order to create an account on our platform. If you are between 13-17 years old, you confirm that you have obtained parental consent. We will promptly delete information connected to any account with a registered user who is not at least thirteen years old.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at support@trackalls.com.
